Which second hand copier suits your office
A3 or A4
An A3 copier prints both sizes and usually has bigger paper drawers and a faster scanner. If you never print A3, a used A4 multifunction is cheaper to buy and run, and fits on a desk.
Colour or black and white
Colour costs more per page. If colour is the odd brochure, a black and white copier plus a small colour printer can be cheaper overall. If you print colour every day, buy colour.
Speed and volume
